Section 1 - £1 shipLYNK installation offer
1. Offer available to active, non-suspended eBay.co.uk users only (those with a UK address).
2. One £1 payment is redeemable per person / eBay account / PayPal account / household.
a. Multiple installations/attempts will not be paid.
3. Your eBay.co.uk feedback score must be greater than 10.
4. You must have listed at least 3 items to sell in the 90 days preceding 15/11/2010 on eBay.co.uk.
5. In order to receive your £1, you must be able to receive the funds via PayPal. NO alternative payment methods are available.
6. You may not uninstall / remove / delete / edit your eBay listings for the purposes of altering/removing the ShipLYNK for a period no less than 90 days after installation.
a. If you breach this term, you agree to refund Shiply the £1.
7. We will not pay the £1 if we have reason to believe you are installing the ShipLYNK multiple times on the same or multiple eBay accounts.
a. In such cases, we, at our sole discretion reserve the right to make final judgement as to whether or not to withhold payment. Any such decisions are final and will not open to appeal.
b. Further, in such cases of abuse any membership or intended future membership of Shiply will be revoked.
c. You will be required to re-pay Shiply for any such illegitimate installations made where funds have been transferred.
8. PayPal payments will be made within one hour of shipLYNK installation between the hours of Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
9. We reserve the right to amend, remove or replace this promotion at any time and at our sole discretion.
Section 2 - £1 refer a friend offer
1. A payment on £1 will be paid to you if the following conditions are met
a. Your friend clicks through on the special tracking URL provided (you will not be paid if this URL is not used e.g. you give them www.shiply.com rather than your tracking URL).
b. Your friend successfully installs the ShipLYNK and fulfils the conditions of section 1 above.
c. PayPal payments will be made within one hour of your friend’s shipLYNK installation between the hours of Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. No alternative payment methods are available.
2. We will only honour refer a friend referrals which are tracked successfully.
3. Offer is limited to 50 friends.
4. Refer a friend URL may not be posted on forums/bulletin boards / other public domains excluding facebook / twitter / linkedin within your own network.
a. For clarification, people you send the link to should classify as friends / acquaintances / work colleagues - people you personally know. Spamming or unsolicited contact is strictly not permitted.
5. We will not accept or investigate claims which were not tracked.
6. We offer no liability or warranty of the reliability or uptime of our tracking systems or the compatibility of you or your friends computer systems.
7. We reserve the right to amend, remove or replace this promotion at any time and at our sole discretion.
